project 360
-
The wellness needs of Mayes County residents have increased rapidly over the last 10 years while resources have decreased. The increase has caused a demand at the local level and led to the launch of Your Place Resource Center and to the development of our proprietary Project 360° program. Participants using Project 360° will identify and grow using the 8 Dimensions of Wellness defined by the US Department of Health & Human Services. Project 360° was designed to provide support in all these areas of life.
-
Spiritual - Personal beliefs & values guided by a power greater than yourself.
Physical - Having healthy physical habits including nutrition, exercise, and appropriate health care including avoiding misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
Intellectual - Keeping the brain active & intellectually expanding through conversations, attending courses or other ways of gaining an enhanced understanding of issues and finding ways to collaboratively solve problems.
Financial - Understanding of processes and resources to become financially responsible.
Environment - The ability to maintain a safe environment including clean air, food, water and shelter.
Social - Creating healthy relationships with friends, family, & the community by finding support groups to connect on important issues, meeting new people, volunteering, and spending quality time with others.
Occupational - Participating in activities that provide meaning and purpose and reflect personal values, interests, and beliefs. This can be attained through meaningful employment or volunteer work.
Emotional - The ability to understand and express feelings, adjust to emotional challenges, cope with life’s stressors, & enjoy life.
Legacy 360
Legacy 360° is not merely a program, it’s a transformative journey designed to empower young adults by enveloping them in a comprehensive support system across multiple dimensions of wellness. Through personalized plans, dedicated coaching, and a 360° approach, it navigates the intricate web of challenges young adults face, propelling them toward a more fulfilling and prosperous future. By addressing essential aspects like affordable housing, transportation, workforce, and leadership development, while nurturing emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, social, financial, and occupational wellness, this program doesn’t just provide support – it creates a blueprint for life-altering transformations. Your Place Resource Center stands as a beacon, offering not just a solution for today, but a replicable framework for tomorrow’s needs, fostering continuous growth and unlocking the full potential of individuals.
Recovery 360 is a 12-step program that is peer-based and a mutual help program for all addictive and dysfunctional behaviors. The steps are guiding principles that outline how to overcome addiction, avoid triggers and live a healthy, productive life of freedom. Our meeting is every Monday night from 6:30-8:00pm at Your Place Church in Pryor, Oklahoma. Our goal is to reach and equip all people in recovery to get in touch with Jesus and learn a new way to live. We believe everyone belongs before they believe and it’s a life long journey.
